We’re Hiring – Deputy Manager at Waterloo Care Home
Waterloo Care Home in Bidford-on-Avon is looking for an experienced, caring and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will help lead and support our care team, maintain high standards of care and ensure residents continue to receive individual, person-centred support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Home Manager with the daily operation of the home
• Leading, supervising and supporting members of the care team
• Helping to develop and review personalised care plans
• Maintaining high standards of dementia and Alzheimer’s care
• Supporting medication management and regulatory compliance
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience working within a care home environment
• Supervisory, senior care or management experience
• A good understanding of elderly and dementia care
• Knowledge of care planning and medication procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to support, motivate and lead a care team
• A compassionate, positive and professional approach
