New residents are entitled to a complimentary overnight stay, designed to assist them in determining if Waterloo Care Home is the right fit for them.
This practice is founded on years of experience. While the transition from one’s home may become a necessity, we aim to equip residents and their families with as much information as possible to aid in this challenging decision.
Our residents benefit from regular visits by a multi-disciplinary team, including the District Nurse, a Chiropodist, a General Practitioner, and Opticians.
This collective effort ensures the well-being of all our residents.
